Reformer

Classical spring-resistance apparatus. Mind-body work focused on core strength, control, posture and breathing.

Reformer Basics

A perfect introduction to the principles of Pilates, movement patterns, and the Reformer. Foundational and instructor-guided for a safe, effective workout.

Reformer Form

For those who have mastered Basics. Adds challenging progressions, more props, increased intensity and coordination.

Reformer Pro.Flow

Advanced. Builds on Form with continuous flow and further progressions for experienced clients.

02 — Cadillac

Cadillac

Suitable for every level. Safer for movements requiring balance and excellent for foundational strength, flexibility, and control.

Cadillac Basics

Suitable for any experience or fitness level. Instructor-guided introduction to the Cadillac apparatus.

Cadillac Form

Once comfortable with the Cadillac. Introduces more progressions, props, and the foundations of hanging variations.

Cadillac Pro.Flow

Continuous, challenging flow with advanced hanging movements that defy gravity.

03 — Lagree

Lagree

High-intensity, low-impact, anti-inflammatory method. Tightens, strengthens, and tones engaging up to 600 muscles at once.

Lagree Basics

Introduction to the five components of Lagree (endurance, cardio, body composition, flexibility, strength). Done at a count of 4 per repetition.

Lagree Form

High-intensity, low-impact. Develops range of motion and proper alignment. Count of 4 to 8 per repetition.

Lagree Pro.Flow

The final push. Count of 8 to 16 per repetition slower movements, deeper tone.

04 — Mat

Mat

A versatile Pilates practice focused on strength, stability, mobility, and body awareness using controlled movement and mindful breathing.

Mat Basics

A perfect introduction to Pilates principles, breathing techniques, and foundational movement patterns. Instructor-guided and suitable for all levels.

Mat Form

Builds on Basics with more challenging sequences, increased coordination, and greater muscular endurance.

Mat Pro.Flow

Advanced. Combines strength, control, and continuous movement for a more demanding full-body Pilates experience.
