01. I've never done Pilates before — where do I start?
Start with a Basics class Reformer Basics, Cadillac Basics, or Lagree Basics depending on what draws you. These are designed to introduce the principles, the apparatus, and the movement patterns under close instructor guidance. Once you're comfortable, you can move up to Form and eventually Pro Flow.
02. What's the difference between Pilates and Lagree?
Pilates (Reformer, Cadillac and Mat) is a mind-body practice focused on core strength, control, alignment, and breath. Lagree is high-intensity, low-impact strength work performed at deliberately slow tempos — designed to tighten and tone with up to 600 muscles engaged at once. We teach both, and many members do a mix.
03. Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself. We provide grip socks (available at the studio), towels, and water. Wear fitted activewear so the instructor can see your alignment clearly.
04. Is the studio for women only?
Yes Pro.Form is a women-only studio. All classes, instructors, and staff are female, by design.
05. How do I book a class?
Purchase your sessions on our website and book your classes through the Pro.Form app, available on the App Store and Google Play.
